With each passing vintage, Rosewood's winemakers attempt to learn how the varying seasonal conditions impact the distinct flavours, textures and focus of their wines. It is for this reason that they choose not to add any exogenous products, such as selected yeast, nutrients or fining agents to further cloud the already complex matrix of wine.

Our original gin is made of 100% Ontario grains, distilled in our copper pot still, infused with botanicals, and aged for a minimum of 1-year in American oak quarter casks.
